Back and Tummy Hot and Cold Wraps

Experience the soothing comfort of our Hot and Cold Wraps, proudly filled with Australian-grown lupins! These packs are designed to retain heat longer and have little to no odour, making them a perfect choice for natural warmth and pain relief.

Product Details:

• Sizes: Please note sizes are based on Australian top sizes so if you're a size 12 in a top you'd choose a Medium, if you want to ensure your perfect fit you can send me your waist and hip measurement, if you have excess velcro you can cut it with a sharp pair of scissors
• Custom: Made to fit YOU! send me your measurements of waist and hip and I will create your pack for no extra charge, just a wait time which I can discuss with you 

• Care: This particular design is currently spot clean only but rest assured I'm working on making a version with our signature washable covers
  

Please note that all our packs are handmade, so pattern placement may vary, making each one unique.

Usage Instructions:

To Heat:

• Adjust the following guidelines to suit your microwave wattage. Microwave in 30-second increments until your desired temperature is reached (approximately 90-120 seconds total). Shake to evenly disperse heat.

To Cool:

• Wrap your pack in a zip lock or plastic bag and place it in the freezer. It can be stored there for frequent use or chilled for about one hour to use as a cool pack.

WARNING:

• DO NOT OVERHEAT, as this can cause burns if placed on the skin or damage the pack.
