If your order arrives damaged please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the damaged item/s.
If you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 14 days of your purchase with your reason for return or exchange and we will do our best to assist; unfortunately, we cannot accommodate change of mind.
Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment upon the return of the item.
Exchange will be granted upon the return of the original item.
Cost of shipping for refund or exchange will not be covered by Love, Bree.
